Independence Day 2006

We went with some friends to the fireworks display on Tuesday night. It was my first attempt at photographing fireworks -- it was a lot of fun, and a good challenge. There is a lot to think about, and I'll have to go back and take note of whichi settings worked well and which didn't. I took about 50 pictures, and this is the one I like best (surprisingly, the very first one I took). It was the only time I managed to catch such good wavy trails.
