Monticello Backroad #2

A variant on yesterday's theme. The grass in this ditch was nice in the setting sunlight, and the rustle of the wind was relaxing. I wish I could let my lawn grow this long ;)

I think this is the composition of this scene that I prefer. It puts more emphasis on the great grass texture. Yesterday's post probably needed more interest in the sky area -- it would have be perfect if there were a huge stormcloud. I'll have to keep my eyes on the radar this summer in case the perfect weather opportunity arises.
