The Universe On A Leaf (II)

If this looks familiar, it's because I'm recycling past ideas. This has always been one of my favorite concepts. I was never quite keen on the previous composition, but had never gone back to the arboretum to recreate it and get it right. Well, this year's photo competition is coming up so I thought I'd do just that. Yesterday and today I took about 100 pictures like this, and I'm finally getting much closer to what's been in my head. I'll enter one of these for sure in the competition...

Now I know why some photographers go to the same places over and over again (like Antelope Canyon). I may never get tired of these kinds of reflections, although this small resolution doesn't do justice to the tiny details around the edge of the reflection.
