The Ceiling is Watching

When all the lights in our living room and dining room are on, there are a lot of weird shadows on the ceiling of the hallway entrance. Taken out of its 3-dimensional context like this, it becomes quite abstract, geometric, and a bit disorienting. Disclaimer: The poorly-hung wallpaper is not our choice -- it came (and must stay) with the apartment.
